I did not receive an activation code for Macabacus Macros.
If you downloaded Macabacus Macros from Macabacus.com, we sent an email containing your activation code to the address you provided. If you cannot find this email, check your spam filter. If necessary, you can re-download Macabacus Macros and provide another email address at the time of registration.
I copied Macabacus Macros to my new computer, but Macabacus says my new computer is not authorized.
Your Macabacus Macros installation is valid for a single computer only. If you are using one of our free products, you can log in to re-download and install Macabacus Macros to your new computer. If you are using one of our paid products, you can also log in to re-download your software, but you will need to provide either your old computer's name or your activation code.
Undo/Redo does not work correctly.
Excel's® built-in Undo/Redo functionality is destroyed when some macros are run (not just Macabacus' macros). We have restored much of the Undo functionality, but Redo is not currently available. If you require Redo functionality, you can disable AutoColor on Entry and instead AutoColor selections, sheets, and workbooks manually using the appropriate shortcut or menu item.
Macabacus continues to prompt me to activate, even after I have already activated.
Be sure that you carefully followed the installation instructions above. In Window Vista/7, you will continue to receive this prompt if you saved the add-in file under a protected folder, such as "Program Files". This will also prevent Macabacus from saving your settings. See the installation instructions to determine the proper path for saving this file.
I get an error message saying that my copy of Macabacus Macros is not authorized for my computer.
Your copy of Macabacus Macros may only be used on a single computer. If you require Macabacus Macros for another computer, simply download a new copy from this website.
When I close Excel®, I am prompted for a password and I must click Cancel several times before I can exit.
This is a problem with Google Desktop as reported at http://www.add-ins.com/password_problem.htm. You may want to try installing the latest version of Google Desktop or uninstalling/disabling it altogether.
