Troubleshooting

Receiving Email

Macabacus communicates important account-related information via email. Emails may be sent to you automatically, or upon user-initiated action, and are sent immediately, usually with no or minimal delay. If you did not receive our email promptly, please:

  • Verify that the email address you provided is correct
  • Ensure that our email was not blocked by a spam filter or other security infrastructure
  • Whitelist emails from @macabacus.com
  • Contact your IT personnel for assistance

Contact support@macabacus.com only if the steps above do not resolve your issue. We can only confirm whether the email was successfully delivered (which we control), not whether it was received (which you control). If the email was successfully delivered, you will need to investigate any delay in receipt in your IT environment.

This documentation refers to Macabacus version 8.9.17. Some features and descriptions of these features may not
apply to older versions of Macabacus. Update your Macabacus software to take advantage of the latest features.
